Problem with that comparison is I guarantee you a much higher percentage of zoomers played Fortnite at some point than millennials did World of Warcraft. One game is free to play and available on every platform. The other game required a subscription fee and was only on PC.

Yeah video games definitely have stopped evolving.
Witcher 3 is over 10 years old, Witcher 1 came out less than 10 years before that

Will people get tired of realism? Does GTA6 need to flop to change the industry? Who can say.
