Not even the most significant plot hole in the game. So Ganon is just evil and the princess of prophecy knows it, but he can literally just butcher everyone in his quest, and all the towns people are going to pretend it never happened, but the world will fall apart and they become undead, but outside of the castle the town next door is completely fine, I could go on.
