What annoys me is people copied the D2 item color system without understanding what its actually for so you get gaymes like BG3 and 2077 with it when it makes no sense because you're not getting loot bombed with procgen stuff and need a way to easily visually identify what's worth spending limited inventory space on and what isn't. These retards actually think more colors more dopamine more engagement even though its all trivial leveled drops or guaranteed drops.

I'm currently playing D2 R. I feel like I'm missing out, because I play offline. All the loot seems inconsequential. Should I try playing an online char? I feel like online is the intended play style.
