Undead and zerg aren't the weakest, specially undead. They are just the most mechanically complicated and aggressive so it literally requires more skill and specially speed for zerg.

In Warcraft 3 multiplayer, the Undead Scourge is historically viewed as the weakest or most restrictive race because of their highly volatile and inflexible design. They suffer from extreme reliance on a few early-game strategies, punishingly high technological requirements, and an over-reliance on a single hero composition.
Rigid Unit Roster: Early units like Ghouls are extremely fragile (often called "paper"), forcing players into a dominant strategy of massing Crypt Fiends supported by Destroyers and Obsidian Statues. Other units, like Necromancers and Meat Wagons, are rarely viable
High Vulnerability to Harassment
Undead bases are highly fragile, making them susceptible to early pressure.
Creep and Lumber Dependency: Because Ghouls harvest lumber, losing them limits your build capacity. If an enemy harasses your Acolytes (workers) while you are trying to tech up, you are severely crippled.
No Power-Repair: Taking Acolytes off the gold mine to repair damaged structures halts your economy entirely.
The Expansion Problem
Securing a second base (expansion) is fundamentally harder for the Undead than any other race.
Lack of Defensive Towers: While Humans and Orcs can quickly build and fortify expansions with towers, Undead towers are expensive and require a Sacrificial Skull and a Necropolis to build.
Blight Requirement: Undead buildings must be constructed on
Blight, meaning you have to commit to an area long-term, telegraphing your moves to the enemy

Don't UD have some of the better towers due to how easy you can just throw some of those frost towers around and fuck with any would be early harass? Ziggurats being the food building and tower means an UD player can turtle up pretty damn well if he decided to.

All the races are more or less the same now after 3 expansions and a fuck ton of balance patches removing a lot of the nuance of the different races.
