Make your phone a chinkheld. I did that with my old phone. It can play all consoles up Switch and PC titles up to like 2015 and some modern smaller titles or indie games. Just bought cooler for it for like 35$ and cheap controller for 20$ and that was it. Shits cash and was suprised how well a lot of games run. I didnt expect 3D Switch games to run at all but they do.

No. It plays at least on native framerate. PS2 titles I patch to 60FPS and from some other consoles too.
