I loved it, OP.
I think OoT is more of a 'masterpiece' than TP, but honestly, when some years have passed all I have to think is "TP" before I automatically think "kino".
The middle parts of this game are just amazing. The first part I don't mind but I get why others do. The finale isn't bad, but I always feel like the game hasn't amounted to as much of a "climax" as previous Zeldas did. Everything after you find Zant in his realm feels a bit disjointed and unearned, except for how they wrap up Midna.

They never explained how Zelda's body just reappears in Ganondorf's room after she disintegrated into Midna

Nope. The whole point of no return of TP is an asspull. They also don't explain anything about Ganondorf other than "he returned". Like, okay, they keep showing a nod to OoT that the 3 main characters have their Triforce parts on their hands, because OoT never resolved the Triforce being split despite the timeline shit. So.... why does Ganondorf even lure Link up to Zelda being captured in this game, but doesn't even mention the Triforce or even show a hint that he could've wanted to assemble it?
It seems that once the fight begins he's really just out to kill Link and he only wrecks Midna because she's in the way.

So at the end there's just no emphasis anywhere. like "wooow, it's a cool fanservice fight in the big field like that Zelda Gamecube tech demo!" but what's the point of it? In OoT he's totally pompous like "I'm gonna beat you Link, and then the Triforce is mine again" and then he fails to do that, and becomes enraged and turns into Ganon, and is defeated.

In this game he just fights Link in a back and forth multi-stage fight until he loses. It feels purposeless and like nothing besides Link and Midna feeling the threat of "this guy" is at stake.
