Majins have no forms except absorption like what Cell does Demons have no form unless you wanna make the third eye a form Android 13 turning into blue broly and Android 21 turning into a majin hybrid could be forms for an Android race but I don't think they'd do it namely because androids are either pure machine or more artificial superhumans like 17 and 18how do you balance these races? again assuming we even get them, the blurb on stream said we join the saiya squad so there doesn't appear to be a time patrol in this game
