I take character creation and roleplaying in RPGs seriously. I give them a serious name, fuck around in character creation, until something inspires me and try to come up with their own personality. Usually roleplaying just gets replaced by immersion though, because there is always only a singular best way to handle things.

Like why betray people to avoid a fight, if you can just be better and beat them in a straight-up fight? The game pretends I am a good person for that ... I guess, but even selfish people should see that betraying your friends doesn't make for a good long-term strategy. So my actions always end up making me The Hero.
