Pikmin 3 and the Gamecube Zelda remakes used it great, same with the Original Splatoon.But Smash? Didn't bother. Pokken? Didn't bother. No one really wanted to mess with the concept further and it sucks, but it didn't help the stuff made for it in mind was rarely quality and caused problems since either you needed friends or gameplay concepts just didn't really work that well.
