the remaster is kind of bad though in a visual sense. the new models for moebius, voridor, and aeriel are fucking atrocious. the lighting is also fucked in numerous areas. this is really easy to see if you are constantly switching to the old graphics.

Haven't played it honestly, i've been rocking with the PS2 version after playing the first 2 Soul Reaver games. That isn't the first time i've seen that opinion echoed though. I suppose I should count myself lucky I got into the series shortly before the remaster. As ass as it may have looked in its unfinished state, I'm pretty bummed about Dark Prophecy apparently being axed. This series (yes im including Blood Omen) quickly shot up to my favorite, ever.
