Open general.I picked up a Saitek x52 in great shape today at a garage sale for $7... with the owner saying it's worth (seems accurate) $150 but he was happy to sell to someone who'd make use of it.I have the 6 pin male to male coming to connect them and from there it's USB to whatever auto-connect windows has.I know zero about flight sims, I'm from /k/.But I'd like to run something that takes advantage of this besides the 5 year old barely played Microsoft option.I also have a Quest 2 VR if that can be used in conjunction.

>>739026449>microsoft flight sim 2024Isnt this game buggy as hell?
>>739026562It might be the one I have and I've tried VR with it by hand, it's ok. Yeah your hand ghosts once or twice.I'm willing to just do desktop. Without it, it was a killer deal and what the hell, I've side eyed flight sim forever (46 y/o). I've done casual ones.DCS check but I haven't done much.I have that recent star wars flight game but play casually with keyboard. And how is this unit over all? Is this meant to have pedals and shit?
As maligned as the game was overall, star wars squadrons has a great campaign and excellent hotas support
>>739027450That's actually good. I loved old X wing vs TIE fighter. With a mouse and keys, Squadrons feels clunky.Yeah tried War Thunder and World of Warplanes, NO.
What's a good game for enjoying bombing the third world? Is this ok for helicopter or do I need something completely else?
