You'd have to be retarded not to figure out the cases, thats why they talk in circles the whole time, its so you will always be able to figure out the case.The game part is the how you spend downtime and who you interact with, getting as much of each character's story before they're killed off. Which, because the game is full of curveballs, is mostly guesswork.
