There's a ton of streamer rage bait bullshit platformers like Jump King, Only Up, that Egg game, Baby Steps. Why are there no platformers that involve climbing up some long ass tower that aren't bullshit? I want an actual 8-10 hour climb if you don't fall, and any falls you do incur are just a loss of a couple minutes max. Where's the casual climber game for old uncs like me?

A normal game with checkpoints to achieve 8-10 of content would beef to be ten times lager, with double or more gimmicks to keep interestAlso there are a couple of casual climber games

It's about rock climbing, the protag is a colored woman because of course and it got decent to good reviews. Haven't played myself because I don't think the game's for me.
Come to think of it. what about Mario Maker 2? Plenty of vertical levels there and you can make your own.
>>739042623Jump King is genuinely good.I don't watch streamers and I don't stream myself but I saw a clip of this randomly and thought I had to try for myself.It took a good 6 hours to finish the first tower, double that for the second and and double that amount again for the third tower, but eventually you get REALLY good at it, you enter some flow state and everything becomes a breeze.Only achievements I'm missing are the ones about not having a single fall.Get it when it's on sale, forget about streamers and have fun by yourself. The atmosphere and soundtrack are also really good.
