I've been replaying the game non stop and came to a conclusion that >Eastern Sword is just a superior version of Sergal Spear.>Black Orb is the best offensive spell and nothing comes close.>Healing Whispers is better for certain bosses that tend to damage several group members in one turn (like Chambara or Gro'Goroth)>The Girl isn't completely useless, as long as you get black orb on her and sorcery (she can also use the dagger when she loses both her hands)>Phase step is basically easy mode noclip, you can bypass every puzzle or keyed door as long as it's on the same level.>Recipes are completely useless as you can get transmutation and get infinite bread>Enki has it hard in particular because you are going insane in order to do some damage with black orb (still great for cheesing fights but literally anyone else is better than him)>Ritual Circle prayer into sacrificing into praying at alll-mer's grants you affinity and unlocking blood portal>Penance armor is easy mode>Le'garde, D'arce are a must have members>Ragnvaldr has no downsides and is preferred to play as he has the most damage out of everyone and you won't do the same thing as he would when npc (killing Le'garde)I'm really unsure whether Crow Mauler, Black Witch or White Angel soul is the best. I always have one party member with Black witch soul for the poison damage which works nicely.
