I try to play this game and there's always 1 or 2 people in the lobby with million more points than anyone else and they use those weird robo skins and they're always 8 seconds ahead of everyone.

LC5 was just a repeat of LC2's retarded item spam but with route planner and RE making it slightly easier to slipstream team when the opportunity arose.
Played for a couple hours on day 1 and a couple hours on day 4 and got it pretty easily. The community whined so hard about gains and losses that you have to be genuinely retarded not to reach emerald if you're going for it.

If I get hit with an item, I lose five placements at best and my odds of winning crater. Everyone's keeping items because it's better to have stuff to defend with than it is to attack. I don't think they understand that the main reason TSR sold as much as it did was because a whole trilogy of films came out after it released and it was the only game that let you play as more than just Sonic or Shadow so kids could feasibly ask to get it, but if that trend continues I can see them coming back to the game for more content later. But if we do get a season 2 I hope they laser focus on Sonic and SEGA stuff, characters and tracks.
