They're limited by the nature of their posting device so a lot of what they post are just phone screencaptures of other websites, namely twitter. Eventually you reach the point today where 80% of 4chan's traffic is from phones and anyone not using a phone is drowned out by the avalanche of low-effort low-engagement phoneslop.
