Anyone else get a strange vibe from this game? It sort of feels like an E33 game: Cram the best features of a myriad of games into one game.The music is just repetative, the gameplay looks animation locked, thr story an amalgamation of 0 and 5, and the lack of full Japanese dub screams "Western Audience". I wouldn't be shocked if this is all the result of a machine learning prompt or two from a c-level.
Same can be said about crimson desert, just this weird game made by who? Marketed to who? With "fans" seemingly popping up out of nowhere to exclaim how they've been anticipating the game since forever even though there was never any real grassroots hype before.

Somehow they made multiple games set hundreds of years ago about samurai and used the same name for those as Yakuza games, but this and Judgment don't count. As a Yakuza game, it looks better than anything they've made in about 5 years. It could still be bad, but it seems like the game they wanted to make, which is more than you can say about The Man Who Erased His Name.
