how do I get gud? I got good at waws and mostly alephs, but I'm struggling at the mid core supressions

Post facility and what exactly you're stuck on
Tiph suppression is pretty easy (even if you can't do midnight you can just spam work to the final meltdown while it's active), Chesed can be annoying if he chooses a bad damage type during a dangerous ordeal/meltdown target, and Geb mostly just requires a lot of combat micro control and strategies but is more or less simple if you have a few ALEPH nugs
Really execution isn't too much of an issue, it's not forming the right strategies to deal with shit that fucks managers up mostly. It was a lot easier when Lob had a larger presence on /v/ and there was constant tip and strat trading between managers

If you haven't mem-repo'd before and you're already doing your Briah suppressions, you probably will want to day 1 after doing all of your suppressions (you need to remember to split expand (3/2) the last two departments to be able to mem-repo and do both suppressions before day 45 hits), doing the last 5 days without having gathered good gear from mem-repoing a couple of times is really difficult.

It is possible to finish it in one run but you still have to return to the repository at the end at a specific moment.
Just do it in two runs. It's what usually new comer do. During end game it is more important than ever what abnormalities are in your facility, since those can ruin your run.
Become familiar with the abnormalities so you know what you want and what you don't during your second or third run.
It is always good that you don't immediately end a day but train your employees more

install qol automation mods because getting bored/distracted in long menial tasks and having it all go to shit when you're not looking is the hardest part of the game. automatic work macro, control groups, bugfixes, better information and faster speedup. you can also install a mod that allows you to pause the game when you shouldn't be, which cuts out the most annoying and tedious lategame challenges revolving around it.

other than that, focus on grinding and managing few employees to high levels instead of hiring many scrubs if you aren't already and the only difficult thing you'll have to face in the game will be the final boss and its no-pause variant.

Violet strategy, going into a lot of detail because these strats also help in general for hard shit

A lobotomy corp 2 will probably not happen but a corp running sim could. Right now the story is setting up Limbus to be the new L corp which could easily lead to a sequel game. Thing is it probably won't be entirely focused on abno management since abnos are no longer a secret. Unless of course in universe corps start mass adopting abnos and running their own mini Lobcos to power their wing.

The thing about Lob corp is that the controls are so basic that some people legitimately don't understand that they can do things that make controlling their facility easier. Small things like killing clerks, grouping in elevators, filtering out your non-combatant agents, and just generally positioning your units ahead of time are little tricks that seem like common sense but really do go over some players heads that makes the game so much harder for them. Like I said, it was a lot easier to learn the game when there were frequent threads so that common sense was actually ingrained in the community, as well as specific tricks for certain abnos/events like how to cheese QoH's hysteria for the managers that had a rough time with her. Violet really is >just dodge lmao but I was just hoping in explaining everything everything thoroughly, a new manager might realize that they're not using the little management techniques that make >just dodge actually work
Also I don't think I've ever had a Hokma that WASN'T violet, and I still don't think violet hokma has killed any of my agents. Really amber is the only issue in that it bores me to death to the point of making mistakes (and sometimes the amber dusk hitboxes are just fucky and will hit melee nugs behind them)

This is practically impossible because (1) later days get absurd and (2) the "true end" to the game requires all abnormalities and missions to be discovered which requires a ton of memory repository and meta gaming.
Do multiple playthroughs if you want to 100%

You keep every EGO gear and weapons up to the day of the Memory Rep if you go back to Day one. Also you keep the Info of the Abnos you discover so the trick is to slowly build your armory and quickly overcome the early days up to day 11 when shit might get out of hand with your first WAW.
