what are your hopes and dreams for ys 11 /v/?
My hope for Ys died with 10. They're going to keep making the same game over and over using leftover assets from Trails' development.
I desperately want an adol only game, I know we will never get an ark system ys game again unfortunately. but I really, really, really just want an adol only adventure.

Played them out of order and Dogi being best bro was just a fact. Wondered why? What's the backstory there? Got told by some fag "you'll understand when you play I and II!!!". Lol played them this past weekend, Dogi crushed a wall in a tower in I and was in the final credits scene in II. Amazing backstory.

I think it's because the majority of the game was naval warfare that didn't do anything interesting or meaningful and exploration was really boring and the maps were lame. The combat was certainly fun enough for me to max out both Adol and the girl and play for 100+ hours though so who could say really.
What would you even do for a new Ys game? Make a cheaper title using the older engine and/or gameplay styles? Keep going down the movement action rpg titles they've been putting out?
