It's fairly bland and tropey, making it feel less like an authentic look at somebody's childhood and more like an attempt of a corporation to sell an board-certified childhood image as one. The fact that every reviewer has been sucking cock to praise what is obviously a terrible "throwback to the 90s" and then defending their shit takes just makes it all worse, highlighting just how out-of-touch everybody is.For anyone glazing AI, this is what people mean when they say that AI is generic. It's not an authentic story that somebody wrote and felt something over. It's a general plot shoved into a 90s aesthetic. I wouldn't be too surprised if somebody asked AI to generate the storyline of a 90s movie and then made the game around that, to be honest.
