Its gimped lumen and both lumen and nanite LoDs always had variable values. You were able to adjust levels but most devs didnt do that ofcourse. Expedition 33 is one of games thats using gimped Lumen values from default ones for example. Both nanite and lumen never were just simple toggles in SDK
