It looked like a holster for a gun, one that keeps the gun visible and at a moment's reach like what cops use. It loops through the man's belt, making it secure. But the leather material thing, instead of being pistol shaped, it was in the shape of a phone. It was a simple phone holster, but beefed up and had a tactical appearance, with the aesthetic looking like something Kojima himself would have designed.
