did you like it?
It does nothing new with the character of Nathan Drake. Druckmann is a hack.
>>739196934Yes, it was pretty good. Shame, lack of multi on PC.
For some reason no. Loved 2 and 3. 1 was just shooting the same 5 South Americans in a tropical setting
>>739196934I think he should have married chloe
>>739196934No. That part in Drake's house was horrible and part of a general trend of the game forgetting to have shooting.
The Brother was a peak hack asspull and no one wanted to see Nathan fading into domestic obscurity. It's like Naughty dog forget how to write
>>739196934It was fine I guess. I played the coop horde mode way more then the singleplayer.
>>739196934I did, but it suffers from the same issue that all of Naughty Dog's games from the 2010s onwards do in that its most interesting ideas barely get any use before it's over. It finally introduced more than one button to the series' platforming, but then it ends maybe an hour after the first time you're tasked with using all the new mechanics (rope swinging/slides/the peton etc) together for the first time. There's a single instance where you have to chain multiple grapple hook swings together without touching the ground and the game ends immediately after it. Any platformer aimed at kids from ~20 years ago or beyond introduces that kind of shit in its introduction. Also, multiplayer being cut from the PC port is criminal. I'd have double dipped without a second thought if they'd kept it in. Multiplayer is consistently by far the most interesting part of every Naughty Dog game that has it, they should be known for it more than their singleplayer stuff.
whats up with film directors and their fascination with feet
>>739196934Yes. I thought it was better than 1 and 3, but not quite as good as 2.
>>739196934No
>>739196934The uncharted franchise is completely soulless
>>739196934>years hearing sony fanboys saying it's the perfect game>finally play it for free on PC>it's woke, barely any real movement because enemies kill you so fast>boring "platform" sections that's basically impossible to die 99% of the timeThere's some good SCENES in there but as a game? Nah. It's terrible
>>739196934Shitty moviegame franchise. Naughty Dog has never made a good game.
>>739196934Loved it, finished it in 2 days.I went in expecting a generic moviegame and was pleasantly surprised. Also, his wife was cute as hell.
I liked the DLC more, it's the only Uncharted i played but i love this Indian chick
>>739196934The writing in these games is so dull it might as well be a Marvel franchise
I've never played an Uncharted game. I've only ever seen that train bit that was spammed everywhere. Thanks for asking and looking.
>>739198725>Multiplayer is consistently by far the most interesting part of every Naughty Dog game that has it, they should be known for it more than their singleplayer stuff. That's because they make good games but then stick them in a movie.
>>739201643The game parts are fun and the movie parts are fun too. tlou still has the best hobo combat ever.
>>739201709Going back to subject, U4 without MP on PC is one thing, TLoU2 without MP AT ALL was a travesty.
>>7391969344 > 2 > 3 > LL > 1Naughty Dog has great writers especially when it comes to dialogue. Going from anime or some cringe worthy Japanese game to Uncharted gives my brain relief. It's just calming to hear characters speak in a natural, succinct and punchy way.
>>739198526It's on purpose to put you in Drake's shoes. And you can point and shoot in that segment, technically.
>>739200706Sauce

uoh
>>739196934Which one is 4 again?
Release the Hennig cut.
Uncharted 4 on crushing was actually pretty soul crushing but fun experience. Way harder than any of the original trilogy games, really threw me off guard since modern games even on the highest difficulties are piss easy.
>>739204598the 5th game
>>739196934wouldn't knowi always confuse this franchise with last of us
It wasn't a bad game but took forever to get going1>2>4>3
E
>>739197664I guess they lean into the adrenaline/adventure junkie stuff more, because he had a life with a great wife, house, steady job etc and potentially fucked it all for another lost treasure.>>739196934Its the best Uncharted but they need some new ideas for gameplay for the next one, a grapple is neat but I want a much larger jump. No open world shit though
>>7391969344 had its moments but compared to the previous games it was pretty boring. They tried making it more grounded in reality, added pointless "exploration" in large empty maps, slower paced, the cut-scenes were longer, all the supernatural elements completely removed, DEI creeping in... Never finished it because I got bored desuu.
>>739196934No supernatural stuffWorst melee combat of the seriesNadineThat said I still enjoyed it enough, being able to optionally stealth through levels is still fun
>>739196934I just started playing for the first time and it's actually decent. Gameplaywise it's the best of all of them and the story isn't totally dogshit like 3.
>>739207329I hope they look at TLOU2 and just add those mechanics in>dedicated crouch/prone button>quick dodge for meleeTLOU2 actually just dwarfs U4s combat, just lacks the set pieces but the cat and mouse feels way more fun because of the mechanics
>>739196934It is one of the most boring games I have ever played. Calling it a game is an exaggeration too.
>>739204720This.>>739204958Because you weren't supposed to play Crushing first, another Kekmann change that made no sense. It's clear Crushing had no balance since Infinite Ammo turns it immediately into a cake walk but without it, you're saving the Desert Eagle and Magnum for the armor enemies and then spraying the AK at everyone else.
>>739196934After beating 1 and 2 on Crushing and finding them extremely similar, I didn't bother buying 3 or 4. I just watched them on YouTube. It's was fine, I guess.
>>739204598The pirate treasure one.
>>739196934They turn Nate into a fucking chew on tongue retard to help his shady brother and the game tries his hardest to make me feel for him when Elena finds them and calls them out for being morons.
It was alright. Didn't feel like I needed to replay it ever.
>>739200918>I liked the DLC more>"more">it's the only Uncharted i played>comparing two games where you've only played one
>and i warned you to get out of my way
>>739200918Their asses have no reason to be this fat
>>739210856>ok I'm gonna stay out of your way just let me get my brother and we'll leave and be out of your way and all the treasure is yours>reeeeeee fuck you
you now remember the uncharted 3 subway cross-promotion
>>739211072FATTY DRAKE!!! DOUGHNUTS!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
>>739211020I think by that point, Rafe was over Nate basically always being ahead of him. He legitimately would not have been there without Nate.
elena's toes in my mouth
>>739211373>He legitimately would not have been there without NateJust like the previous three game villains.
>>739196934Yeah actually, but their kid should have been a boy.
>>739214413And miss out on my Cassie animations? No thank you.
>>739214413it was 2016, that wasn't going to happen
>>739211072I actually paid 5€ to some american on ebay to buy a code for the beta. Well, I actually paid 10, because I bought a second code for a friend.Pic mild related, the custom character I used the most on the final game.
