they changed enough about how files are stored that you can't just drop audio files from the older games in 4's iteration of creation engine, going from .bsa to .bsa2, this is a well documented fact, go look it up. and bethesda's eula is retarded and doesn't allow you to release mods that simply convert the audio for previous games for use in mods.

Why not just leave the voices and sounds blank and then release a third party mod with the originals through a sock puppet account two days later? People are obviously going to replace the fan stuff and someone is just going to make a mod that does all of this anyway.
