We're almost halfway through the year already /v/. Tell me, how many games have you beaten in 2026 so far? My count as of now is 57.
I play 1-2 new games a year.
>>739227239Only one which was Metroid Prime 4.
>>739227239I only play 1 new game per year. Nintendo consoles are perfect for me.
>>739227239By my count, 29 so far. Just finished up Nine Sols and working on Vividlope right now. I'm planning on replaying the Rhythm Heaven series next month in preparation for the new game.
>>739227239>57What games?
>>739228342All of them were before 2007. Most are pre 2000.
Maybe 5 games? Let’s see>Resident Evil: Biohazard>Resident Evil: Village>Resident Evil: Requiem>Ball X Pit>Backrooms (Puppet Combo game)All are, obviously, of variable quality>>739228380If you’re so proud of playing 57 games, you should list them all for us to judge

>>739227239>We're almost halfway through the year already
>>739227239I played through Crash Bandicoot 1 on the PS1 again. Was fun but only lasted me a short afternoon because I have done it so many times before.
>>739227239I played RE4make and a couple of Doom wads.
>>739227239Traditionally, completable games? Just>Serious Sam TFE>Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega Master System)>Castlevania BloodlinesI spend a lot more time playing multiplayer games now, and roguelites where I can blow through a run in 40 minutes.I think once I get everything sorted and I hook my TV back up, I'll do more single player games again, since I just get interrupted by chances to do other shit a lot. Need to be able to sink into it. That or get more substantial games again. I've completed a lot of my single player backlog, so most of what I have now is generally retro games that are completable within an hour but are tough, and I don't count continues as completes.
