It was okay, but had some major downsides.
It was a mostly passive portal world, which is out of place in Abiotic's more readily hostile environment. However, in the effort to not make it just empty woods, they cranked up shit like Wisps, Forbiddens, and Furfur, which makes it feel too themepark.
It also spoils Greys as the actual threat.
If i were to rework it, I'd dial those parts back to make Dunkeltaler appear as a good base-building location, *then* whack people with the spooky, hostile shit.
On the contrast, I can't wait for the Leyak to wander into Dunkeltaler and fuck with Kel for a few days.
Need more lethal but easily mitigated threats like her.

Yeah, was spooked by a Red wisp in the Crossover, but then realized it was a static thing and all the fear was instantly removed and never returned for the whole portal world.

How I'd Rework the Abiotic Factor Crossover
>Keep Furfur, keep wisps, keep Hud, keep the Grey plot
