Just one more day, Yoshibros.
>>739256032I'd be excited too if I was 3
I just can't, man. I've bought every Yoshi game day one, but this...no. Just...no.
kind of a shame to waste this charming artstyle on a baby game
This shit not tiding people over until starfox
>>739256193>starfoxthat shit not tiding people over until... wait what is even coming out after that?
>>739256340Rhythm Heaven
>>739256340splatoon raiders
>>739256162The new star fox is for adults and you people got mad about that too
81/100 is literally a masterpiece by yoshi standards so i'm getting it... haha
>>739256965?I like the look of the new starfox, other than slippy anyway
>>739257040you like the look of the new start fox?
>>739257217begone, phoneposter
3 hours left for me fellow yoshibros
I hope the rat is in it, BUT DON'T SPOIL IF YOU KNOW ALREADYHe's my favourite
>>739256340shut up eric you lost
Everyone keeps saying "it's a baby game for 3 year olds"But nobody is saying "oh great! I get to go back to being 3 years old and innocent again for a little while"Change your perspective
>>739258358Grow up
>>739258396Being mature is to know when to be immature
>>739258358ywnb 3 years old again. You have no diaper, you don't eat Gerber. You're a depressed adult with responsibilities.
>>739258609>You have no diaper, you don't eat Gerber.that can be fixed
>>739258251he idk.
>>739258251isn't that rat from paper mario
>>739258251He sacrifices himself to save Yoshi at the climax
>>739258609but you can imagine if you were
>>739258960Nah he's from Island first
>>739258990i'm gonna climax
>>739256965>new star fox is for adultsNo it isn't. It's still a kids' game which is fine. It isn't for actual, literal toddlers like Yoshi. And the characters look atrocious.Star Fox>Good looking (albeit copy/pasted) gameplay>Fuck ugly characters with otherwise good graphicsYoshi>beautiful art style>atrocious gameplay
>>739259628star fox is far too violent for kids
Genuine question: how do you play this boring babyshit without falling asleep?
>>739258358I'm having a blast rn
>>739256139If you bought Crafted World but won’t buy this, you’re an idiot. Hell, if you bought Crafted World after that demo, you’re an idiot
>>739256139Yeah, I'm a pretty forgiving person when it comes to vidya, but crafted world was 1 of the 2 switch games I strongly disliked.Still better then Prime 4, but thats another story.I have a switch 2 jap account and its 34 dollars there so maybe later down the line
if i like epic yarn id probably like thisbut im not in the mood for it at the moment.
>>739260308I skipped the demo...I was too cocky.
>>739259775There's nothing in Star Fox that couldn't be shown on a Saturday morning cartoon. This was one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.
>>739260779It's war. People die.
>>739261145Children's cartoons have talked about war and death, sometimes for laughs, sometimes for drama. Stop underestimating children just to have an argument.
under 2 hours left!
>>739261267my parents never let me watch cartoons, or eat sugary cereal.
There is already a video with all bosses 100% book and the ending
>>739261909okay i'm the fuck off of 4chan
>>739256032I think I could actually quite like this game if it actually has cleverly hidden or esoteric secrets and or puzzles. I wouldn't even be bothered if most are plain obvious and easy. As long as the cleverly hidden and esoteric and difficult stuff are in the game as well. Also. WHY AREN'T THE ACTUAL GAME REVIEWS ANSWERING THIS? Modern game critics are fucking worthless. Did they even playthrough the entire game? They'll speak of the puzzles and secrets in ways like them being easy, simple, good for children, or other times like the puzzles are creative or even innovative. But I haven't seen any of the reviews talking about what the actual spectrum of the content looks like. If you call the challenges simple, would it really be too much to in any way touch upon if that's ALL challenges, most of them, or if it's just the entry floor of challenges? I really will have to watch the game streamed to get an idea of what the game even is. Because modern game critics are a fucking joke.
>>739262215They’re making reviews for the general audience, just cause they don’t touch on a specific thing doesn’t automatically make them dogshit (they are still, but for different, more valid reasons)
>>739256108>doesn't like the occasional childish joyYou can enjoy some whimsy without being a manchild. And being so staunchly opposed to it sometimes makes you just as annoying to be around as a manchild. Not always but sometimes you are insufferable.
Man, yoshi games had so many potentialI understand they want to have a baby's first platformer but why do they need 4? (yoshi, mario, peach, dk)
>>739263825Mario is baby’s 2nd, DK is baby’s 3rd, and peach isn’t even really a platformer.
i don't care if the game is easy, i'm getting it because i like the idea of interactivity in a platformer level and puzzlesof course i'm getting a cheaper, japanese copy.
Yoshi tastes you! What does he put in the book about you?
>>739264265you seem like an anon with an opinion I could trust, dm me you impressions on it after a few hours, thanks
>>739264575i will post my opinions after i've played it for a few hours.not today that is.
>>739264631But how will I know it’s you and not some shitposter? You’ll just have to dm me
>>739264534>tastes awful, slightly acidic, tummy ache after digestion, spoiled egg aftermath
>>739256032Normally don't care about Yoshi games but I'm getting this one. Looks like it would be comfy to just dick around and fill up a Pokédex with stuff.
>>739256340Duskbloods
There was really a life curve Nintendo expected it's core fans to take that I think started with crafted world. I never played it but it looked like the kind of game if you had a gf/wife that didn't game much you could introduce them with that game. Then, when you have a child with them during covid lockdowns while playing animal crossing, the kid will now be at the age you can introduce them to games like this, Mario galaxy and Starfox.I kind of had this thought while in extreme despair over my life though
>>739258358You don't need to pretend tendie
>>739258358I guess we should start watching barney again too
>>739256193I don't give a fuck about Star Fox 64 3, I will be buying Rhythm Heaven.
>>739256340Fire Emblem
>>739261145People die in children's media all the time. In Star Fox they're all cartoon animals and there's no blood or gore. There's nothing about the series that isn't kid-friendly.
