Most people play normal/heroic and most people suck at WoW they literally stand there doing the wrong things at the wrong time incapable of moving out of a red circle and pressing buttons. SBA solves that and is a dramatic DPS increase for most players. You also don't have to use SBA or do your rotation, you can do both, you can do your rotation when you're safe and then switch to SBA in combat when you have to move around/get overwhelmed/have other issues. We recommend this to people who are in normal/heroic content and even low mythic because a button pressed is better than no button pressed at all. In Mythics you wouldn't dare use it, but you're expected to parse highly and at that level when you do make mistakes they're averaged out in otherwise exceptional rotation control. tldr you can do dungeons with a dps tracker and see whether you improve or get worse with SBA, or a mix of both and should be doing this to learn how to get better.

I also never got the fact that people whined about no one typing in chat in an mmo despite the game world being massive. Even in FF14 nobody chats, even in OSRS nobody chats except in guild chat or at major locations, so just like wow, people are chatting just in the end game areas and cities.I do think a global chat or at least server wide chat with moderators should be added.
