Phoenix can shoot much faster and has a small aoe so missing is much more forgiving. While hela can absolutely kill people in 2-3 hits with headshots, phoenix can compensate with her combustion effect. Phoenix also has better survivability and mobility. Seriously they need to make it so that Hela's crow can go multi direction. It's not a direct damage skill like psylocke where it being a forward dash makes sense. Ult wise, they have their trade offs. Hela is potentially better at racking up kills but is easily avoidable by simply hiding behind a corner or going inside a room. A punisher can also shoot Hela down and ending the ult prematurely. Phoenix's ult can also miss and the damage isn't that good but at least it heals her up.
