Played some of the final build this morning. Here are the takeaways:

>Most stages have 3 layouts: an N64 accurate version, a SNES inspired version, and a new Expert version. The layouts will occasionally bring you down a new pathway but mostly the only difference is enemy variety and placement. The version of the stage you play is based on your performance in the previous stage.
>Star Fox SNES exclusive levels are all included as hidden stages
>There is an unlockable Star Wolf campaign that mixes up the bosses, pathways through Lylat, and includes new cutscenes and dialog
>Arcade mode with a single life and ally permadeath
>New true final boss and secret ending that teases a sequel with Miyu, Fey and the Arwing Walker

Overall game is very fun, but you probably already knew that given the source material. There is a notable emphasis on public leaderboards which is very fun given how much more complex optimization can be with the added stage layouts and option of your team at the beginning. Especially in Arcade mode where resetting your stage isn't an option. It feels like this was nintendos final attempt to make a truly definitive version of on-rails Star Fox. Whether or not that's enough to buy what amounts to a suped up Star Fox 64 again though is in the air.

Not my problem retard. I'll just wait for it to come out because I am an adult with a healthy level of patience.

Didn't ask

You sound desperate
>>
>>739310967
Why would people play on any layout besides the SNES?
>>
>>739310967
I too played the final build. It has a dick sucking mode, a shit eating mode, and a do anything mode.

So in other words the game has difficulty settings?
>>
I wish fake lying faggot retards like you would just ask collectively die

Dont party just yet
>>
>New planets and multiple routes
>New villain
>New story
>One or two new party members
>No gimmicks
It's not that hard, Nintendo

If half of that were true, they wouldn’t sell it for $50

And then you woke up to a 70 on Metacritic and less than 3 million sold.

If Nintendo doesn't want to add planets to Lylat, they should just teleport Fox and company to far off systems in new entries.

If only there was a successful media release where Fox being in a new system is the backstory?

Or just tell a different story in the same place. It's not as if Europe said "damn, we've had too many wars here, we have to go elsewhere."

Even the OP image is the star fox cast telling you you're full of shit, faggot.

More like less than 1 mil sold

>>739314643
Less than 3 million sold is fine for a remake of a 1~2hrs game
>>
Ok, buddy.

If this was the 90s there'd probably already be a handful of cheap paperbacks staring Fox during these adventures.

We never go to Papetoon AKA Fox's birthplace, there are definitely way more planets on Lylat.
They just don't care.
>>
It's not the 2000s anymore.
The marketing department wouldn't let you hide half that shit from the reveal.
