Still one of the most retarded and hamfisted “morality” systems in any video game. You can either save a little girl from being a drug addicted monster or you can rip out the slug from her intestines and get a few extra drug bucks. It would sorta be a conflicting moral question if the girl was stuck as a little sister forever and it would be a mercy killing but no Ken Levine is a hack fraud.

That's (one of many things) why BioShock 2 has it better - harvesting Little Sisters yields you a lot more ADAM compared to saving them

Still not worth it to harvest, honestly. Like yeah, I could upgrade more plasmids, but I found it more convenient to focus on four so I don't have to waste time cycling through them all. I always end up with like 1000 ADAM unspent.

That's a (You) thing for one, but I'll concede that the balance in BioShock 2 turns into a power fantasy real quick even on Hard difficulty, no matter how you spend your money or ADAM. All weapons and plasmids are absurdly good, headshots are king and you can become near unkillable by stacking Armoured Shell 1 and 2 before even finishing Pauper's Drop
