I think the issue with this genre is that there's no big new heavy hitters. all the popular games are decades old.They need a big new game where everyone starts at the same time, no "meta", no plans. Well I'm planning to start playing RuneScape 3 and OSRS. I'm on the fence about whether I will make an ironman, but I probably won't. If we're being logical, ironman in an online games makes zero sense. Solo self found in WoW also makes no sense. These are literal LGBT modes.

He helped design the "feel" of the combat systems of classes and the general class design/abilities. I don't even have to mention PvP since it literally died, but in terms of combat.. everyone knows the "feeling" of the game also deteriorated heavily, the feeling of the crits as you hit your combos vanished under him. He returned to WoW after a year or whatever as the lead combat designer for the development of Shadowlands (which includes the systems around combat), which speaks for itself. So have fun waiting for a game that will be complete trash

The only reason to play WoW is Mythic+. There isn't a co-op game like it at all that compares outside of Fellowship which is a direct clone.
