Sleep needs to be reworked. IRL it's actually possible to stay awake somewhat indefinitely, though you start hallucinating after only 24 hours.How about retaining most of the current debuffs when below 35% energy, but when it hits 0, you start getting the effects of brain damage? And actual brain damage if you stay too long in that state of course. Also taking a fall that ragdolls you puts you to sleep.

By the time i left layer 1 i had already made a full-blown tool belt, material pouch, bullet casings and ammo for my gun; along with everything you gotta do to get to these things like metal cubes etc. Layer 2 sorta forced me to work my way up to a flashlight ASAP due to losing the starting one in a fall. Made the batteries myself too so yeah lots and lots of crafting work done. I notice that every time i do this i get the ^^ eyes pretty quickly.And yeah, never allowing yourself to ever go hungry or dehydrated is essential for maintaining happiness. Just like in real life. Sorta got lucky with this part though 'cause i got so much food thrown at me it was a struggle to even hold all the weight of it before layer 3.One thing i would add is that you should treat any wounds that you get as soon as possible. Apparently, the more the "death imminent" music keeps playing, the more happiness goes down, so allow as little of this as possible.Anyway that's what i recommend doing for maximum expie happiness, off to the next layer i go now wish me luck anons
