Keeping one full of Soup and another full of Juice or Milk is a good amount of emergency rations to keep an expie fed and they never expire. I also try to have one dedicated for biochem and yet another for random crafting slop like opiates and fat. Exercise seems like a meme. Carrying too much gear builds strength and resilience for free so I don't waste time exercising unless I've got an oxygen crystal. That time is better spent looking for more or better gear. I save and quit out of runs that make it through a loop or two.As far as I'm concerned those Expies won the game and get to live happily on the surface with all the other winners
