I feel like chapter five was solidly alright, personally. Weaker than CH4 but it wasn't egregious. Some of the flowers were cute but they are very much ephemeral and temporary so it's hard to get attached (much like flowers.) I don't care about the Susie/Noelle romance, I liked seeing more about what caused Asgore to have his wife-scaring crashout + the ensuing fallout and divorce. The platforming mechanics were fun, I also found Flowery's 'cheap copy' bit pretty funny for the most part. More inklings about what Ralsei actually is but we're gonna be strung along until the end or near end with that ofc. I'd put it below chapter 4 and 2, but above 1, better than 3 by virtue of having more to do/interesting gameplay additions. I'm also quite glad to be able to dig out all my old DR memes and shitpost about it again. Thank you for coming to my blog.
