it's incredible how wrong /v/ and leddit were about dragon age veilguard. I avoided it for years because of the reaction is got, ended up picking it up for $15 and it's a solid 8/10 at least. snappy combat, great visuals, immersive world, and yea the dialog is a bit cringe at times but it's no worse than the cringe dialog in every single jrpg (which gets overlooked by /v/ because uguu kawaii)

i'm never getting bamboozled by /v/ again
