If you go out on your own far away from everyone else it's about the same difficulty as solo, otherwise the more sawians you have around you the better your chances of living are generally. More sawians exploring and crafting means more resources total, so there's almost certainly someone around with a chest drain or an lrd for your internal bleeding, bandages for your cuts, etc. And other sawians point out traps by pinging them, so if you can watch the pings you can avoid traps you might otherwise fall into. Really the only thing that might be harder is if you're the one really good at avoiding traps, then you'd have to run around bandaging everyone else up haha. You can use some tricks to lower weight though. Canvas crafts into bandages and weighs significantly less. Just keep some on hand and craft as needed. Better bandages are nice to have, but if you're carrying too much you can let some go and rely on canvas backup. Liquids also weigh more or less depending on the container. IV bags and milk cartons have the best rates, to the point where if you transfer 3 cans of soda to an IV bag it will weigh less than half. For me IV bags are a priority craft in bulk. 5 or so is usually a good number.
