Steam release through 7th Heaven launcher and with 60fps gameplay mod and 30fps fmv mod
They finally updated the Steam release to bring it up to parity with the other modern console ports, so there's really no difference which one you get. If you want to mess with mods, there's a program called 7th Heaven that lets you find and install mods all within the launcher. Personally wouldn't recommend modding your first playthrough, but I'm not a cop.

It's more about emulating the screen it was played on, outside of owning an old set its a crucial point in enjoying older games. RoyalCRT works wonders, either through retroarch or shaderGlass
