This thought just came to me: If we never see Shiki's bra in the Estival Versus OVA and the series Shinovi Master: Senran Kagura, then that means that Shiki doesn't wear a bra unlike other characters......lol, just kidding of course, one assumes that she is wearing one like most characters (collage posted above) but it's just never shown on-screen or she doesn't appear wearing it without her uniform or additional clothes, at least in the OVA...I never watched much of Shinovi Master, so I'm not sure.
