realistically with estimates lv 70 unoptimized probably takes at least 700 hours (using estimates that lv 60 optimized is 400 hours). if an average player plays 10 hours a week, so 2 hours a day for 5 days, they should hit lv 70 in 2 years. back in the day most players got to lv 50 ish before making a new character. now lets talk about the actual players who want to get to lv 70, like me. i'm playing maple for at least 3 hours every day (employed full-time) so that would be at least 21 hours a week. lets round it to 25 so 700/25 = 28 weeks. that's 7 months assuming that we only have the current farming spots and kpq that we currently have. given that they should be releasing at least orbis/el nath, we should have more ways to efficiently level, perhaps cutting down the time by 1/3. so then a player like me should be able to hit 3rd job in about 4 months. so if they at least announce 3rd job coming by late december, that gives players like me, who actually want to get to 3rd job, a very realistic goal. this is just me thinking about it while im working irl. if u consider the hardcore sweats theyll be lv 70 by end of this month lmaoooo
