So how the fuck does charging on Harrow's 3 work? There seems to be a frustrating absence of info on that. As far as I can tell it counts any damage but damage on heroes charge way more. But I also tried loading harrow with orange items and it didn't seem to boost the charging that much at all.

I came back because of new heroes and still hard stuck phantom even playing my best characters. Is it just me or is Dynamo's ult pathetically small? I assume they had to make it so because of the possibility to stack +range shit but without doing that it feels like it's not even worth using most of the time, I can pop it in heavy melee range and not hit people, feels kinda shit with how massive every other AoE ult has been lately, even considering that most of those are like a half second stun instead of 2 or whatever.
