Shortly after broadcasting Human and EM Life forms, an EM Wave Changed human who looks almost exactly like Megaman(Geo) attacked planet AM. While the people of earth know Geo is Mega Man and is a hero, its not that known in space. Afterwards the prime minister of the whatever government Star Force has that controls the Settlla police now has to label Geo as public enemy number one in order to avoid an invasion like what happened in SF1. Tldr:Geo will be framed by a fake Mega Man after showing the world the existence of Planet AM and now is on the run to avoid a war with extraterrestrial. They could also make an excuse to add Red Geo as either the fake Mega or the new color he would take after the fake stole his signature Blue.
