i bought this game and i still haven't played iti never played sh2. i fear that playing the remake first would ruin it for mei played sh1 and 3 and they were nice

I think Sh2 remake is a good time but the OG game's atmosphere and tone is leagues above it, and as a result is just a much scarier game. Playing SH2 remake is entertaining and fun, but playing OG SH2 makes you feel like shit after a few hours. And that's a good thing for the kind of game its supposed to be.
