Why do I keep playing this game?I still can't work out the appeal. I don't even have friends playing it. It's completely devoid of depth. All you have is a carrot on the stick of a promise of getting your flashy new skills so you can spend hours mindlessly hitting monsters with that instead.And I've been through it before the first time around. You get your job advancement and nothing really changes because the new skill is useless for 10 levels anyway and you have to grind out dozens of levels before your gameplay is changing significantly and it's just an endless treadmill.So why is it so addictive?

This thing has been deeply disappointing. The first day was super fun doing all the quests and stuffBut now all I want to do when I get home is a good ole maplestory grind but all I get isConstant ksStanding on a single platform killing the same 3 spawns over and overSomeone comes on my platform and CC plsThis doesn’t feel like maplestory. The game is completely unplayable and what little is playable is thoroughly unsatisfying and comically boring. There's nothing you can efficiently train on that you can consistently oneshot with it.I think theoretically training on Red Snails and Shrooms actually would be pretty strong but those maps are completely packed with newbies so you're never going to be able to sustain the kill rate you need.

If you wait until you're near level 30 before farming there (i.e. no focus), you'll lose the advantage of the Neckis because their HP is too low and you'll start to waste damage.
