Your potions will literally have a 0% modifier>Harvesting Ingredients has a mandatory 2 second animation, which adds up fast as fuck if your character is an alchemist>Hunger and Sleep mechanics that nerf your stats if you're hungry or tired>Did I mention eating also has an obnoxious animation?>Even doing something as mundane as grabbing a wolf's pelt will make time pass. So you'll unironically have to eat something every time you skin a few wolves for pelts>One handed weapons have had their range nerfed.
