Look how people obsess over urn runs, sinner timings, box runs, and so on. Half of Dota for 1-2/5th of a team is laboriously pulling creeps for stacking and placing vision. There needs to be more things ticking down. More objectives that need doing. More audio cues binging, banging, and bonging. Any deficiency in game design or matchmaking quality is very easily disguised by a new gizmo or task to distract a player. Embrace the roulette wheel.

I play with friend in phantom 2-3 and I get matched with overall rank of phantom 1 and there are usually more competent players. I think the worst kind of player to play with has to be the guy who where you make a call like "go for urn, fight this, we gotta contest", it doesn't work out and they type for the first time in the match to be like "wow what a shit call".
