Of course it's not fool proof and there are ways to counter it, just as there is a counter to every chess opening, but when every player uses the same opening the game quickly becomes less about knowledge, experience and skill, and more about following the flow chart. At this point I think it's not an exaggeration to say that this mechanic is game breaking, and that is why it should be removed from high tier RB and SB battles. And because it's unrealistic, of course.
