Housing alone would take a big chunk of storage, the biggest storage sink in modern gaming is textures, and all the walls and all the new (and old adapted for blueprints) furniture is a lot of texture work. Then the festival part on top of its own models adds music and voice acting and minigames. Even so it's not 47GB being added to the size, some gigs will be deleted to make room.
