You could banish a Tempest in the grave as summon cost to search on your turn instead of waiting for your opponent to let you banish it for Bhair's effect. I also don't see Guisarme getting on the field except by NS, which you'd rather do with Parlor for the Sheou omni negate than Bhair's monster negate. Dragon's Ravine is a good card but without 4* Winged Beasts and enough ED space to Synchro climb you may as well just use it to mill dragons and use that extra space for staple backrow or better dragons.
