This is like the ultimate poorfag card, my cheap rune deck has a lot of 1* and it still feels fine to play(3 copies of Norman would've won me more games obviously), pretty sure other decks can use it too not just rune
After playing around a bunch with the tablet version of spell rune I think it's just worse than the regular version. You can have high highs but a lot of the time you end up fighting against your own deck even more than in the regular version. Tablets and sigils and sometimes even onions clog up your board which fucks up Kuon ; but if you don't run Kuon your chances of getting a climb to 0 cost at 10 are very slim. Not getting a sigil is a death sentence vs aggro ; likewise not getting your climb early on means you won't get to do any combo at 10.
